By accessing or using SQUEEB, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age in your location, to create an account and use SQUEEB.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate and truthful information.

4. Wallet & Payments

SQUEEB provides an internal wallet for platform activity. Wallet balances are not bank accounts and do not earn interest. Deposits, withdrawals, and transactions may be reviewed for fraud prevention and security purposes.

5. Membership

Some earning features may require membership activation. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Referral Programme

SQUEEB allows users to invite others using their unique referral code.

Referral rewards are only paid when the referred user registers using the referral code and completes the required qualifying action, including activating a SQUEEB membership where applicable.

The current referral reward is displayed on the platform and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

SQUEEB may withhold, cancel, or recover referral rewards where there is evidence of fraud, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fake registrations, abuse, or manipulation of the referral system.

7. Marketplace

SQUEEB allows users to buy and sell products. Sellers are responsible for their listings, prices, descriptions, product quality, delivery, and compliance with applicable laws.

8. Social Tasks

Users may create or complete social tasks. Task creators must provide clear and accurate instructions. Workers must complete tasks honestly and submit genuine proof. Fake engagement, bots, fraud, or misleading proof are not allowed.

9. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be reviewed before approval. SQUEEB may delay, reject, or request more information where suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not use SQUEEB for fraud, scams, illegal products, fake engagement, stolen payment methods, harassment, money laundering, duplicate accounts, or any activity that breaks the law.

11. Intellectual Property

SQUEEB branding, logos, content, software, graphics, and designs belong to SQUEEB or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse them without permission.

12. Account Suspension

SQUEEB may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that break these terms, abuse the platform, or threaten the safety and integrity of SQUEEB.

13. Limitation of Liability

SQUEEB is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or disputes between users, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

SQUEEB may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
