About These Terms

These Terms apply to promotional collaborations between SQUEEB and any influencer, content creator, affiliate or brand ambassador referred to as the Creator.

By confirming a campaign, beginning work or accepting payment, the Creator agrees to these Terms.

Campaign Agreement

Before a campaign begins, SQUEEB and the Creator will agree in writing on:

  • The social media platforms to be used.
  • The number and type of posts, videos or stories.
  • The campaign deadline and publication date.
  • The agreed fee, currency and payment method.
  • Any referral links, discount codes or key messages.

A campaign is only confirmed once the deliverables, fee and deadline have been agreed by both parties.

Payment

  • Payment will be made using the method agreed by both parties.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, payment will be made before the promotional content is published.
  • Payment covers only the agreed deliverables.
  • Additional content or major changes may require an additional fee.
  • The Creator is responsible for providing correct payment details and handling any personal tax obligations.

Content Requirements

The Creator agrees to:

  • Create original and authentic content.
  • Explain SQUEEB accurately and honestly.
  • Avoid false, exaggerated or misleading claims.
  • Avoid guaranteeing earnings, withdrawals, sign-ups or campaign results.
  • Test the platform before recommending it where reasonably possible.
  • Clearly disclose that the content is sponsored or paid.
  • Follow the rules of the social media platform being used.

Advertising disclosure

Sponsored content must include a clear label such as “Ad”, “Sponsored”, “Paid Partnership” or another disclosure required in the Creator’s country.

Revisions

SQUEEB may request reasonable corrections before publication where information is inaccurate, an agreed campaign point is missing or the required advertising disclosure is unclear.

Major changes that alter the original creative direction may require an additional fee.

Content Availability

Unless otherwise agreed, permanent promotional content must remain publicly available for at least 90 days.

Temporary content, including stories, must remain available for the normal duration provided by the platform.

Content must not be deleted, archived or materially changed during the agreed period without written approval from SQUEEB, unless removal is required by law or platform rules.

Cancellation and Refunds

Either party may cancel before campaign work begins.

Where payment has already been made and the Creator does not complete the agreed deliverables without a reasonable cause, SQUEEB may request a full or partial refund.

If SQUEEB cancels after substantial work has been completed, the Creator may be entitled to fair payment for the work already completed.

Completed and published deliverables are generally non-refundable.

Content Usage Rights

The Creator keeps ownership of their original content.

Unless otherwise agreed, the Creator gives SQUEEB a worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive right to:

  • Repost the content on SQUEEB social media pages.
  • Display the content on the SQUEEB website.
  • Use extracts in organic marketing materials.

Paid advertising, extensive editing or full ownership transfer requires a separate agreement.

International Compliance

SQUEEB works with Creators from different countries. Each Creator is responsible for following the advertising, tax, privacy, consumer protection and platform rules that apply in their country or region.

SQUEEB features, payments and withdrawal methods may vary by country, currency, payment provider and local requirements.

If any part of these Terms conflicts with mandatory local law, that local law will apply to the extent of the conflict.

Acceptance of These Terms

By confirming a campaign, beginning campaign work or accepting payment, the Creator confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
